An exercise in getting to know your energetic and spiritual self better...
Meditate, Pray, Hold Ritual and find the answers to these questions and fill in the chart. when you have done this you will have a slightly better idea of your own Medicine, and how you might come to use that medicine in order to help the world evolve! Have fun with this, and also walk away with a better sense of knowing who you really are in Spirit!

Element chart: I am an ………….
You are one of the following; air-water, air-earth,
fire-water, fire-earth ***********
A person
always has a strongest passive feminine element, and a strongest masculine
active element. This will be important for you to know about your self and your
clients, in order to know how best to treat them and yourself at certain times.
Air and fire are the masculine giving elements, and water and earth are the
feminine receptive elements. Now while personally your strongest elements to
work with energetically may be two masculine or two feminine elements that is
not what we are concerned with here. Feel free to right those down as well, or
even the order in which the elements are the strongest for you! Here we are
concerned with an energetic personality profile using the elements.
Angelic hosts:
Angels and arch angels that I have a special affection for:
Personal angels and fairie beings:
Guardian Angel(s);
Gifting Angels;
Healing Angels;
Messenger or teaching Angels;
Fairies, elves, and other elementals;
Guides and teachers:
Famous or unknown, archetypal beings, personages, or
saints that I have a connection with:
These will be hero’s, religious, historical, or legendary
beings that have either blessed you with their energies, or who have inspired
you in your journey. You could even have ancestors and relatives here. We will
call these our muses. Though most muses are fairie beings and belong in that
section these beings also act as muses and the title is the most appropriate
one. You could also call them your champions, or something similar.
Your kundalini cords:
These sacred cords or this two “headed” cord, are often
referred to as the sacred twins!
Jung called these the anima and the animus! The anima is our
feminine side, and the animus is our masculine side. You will need two words
and two names for your sacred twins! The word or energetic name will help you
activate them while the name will help you speak to yourself easier (and later
will help you with certain issues with clients). You can journey or vision
quest for the names or just give them names that you feel are appropriate. And
the same goes for the words that will activate each one.

Personal power symbols:
Cultural names: the names you would give yourself
from other cultures. You may want to do this one on the back! I like to give
myself a name for each culture that I study. It helps me to really delve into
the studies and assimilate the knowledge that I gain from them. Plus it is just
fun to think what my name would have been in a different place or time had I
not been born as me, so have fun with this one.
